What we collect
When you use one of our tools, we receive the URL you paste (so we can fetch the media) and standard request metadata (IP, user-agent, timestamp). We don't keep the downloaded files on our servers after they're delivered to you.
When you subscribe to a newsletter or download a template, we collect your email address (and optionally a first name).
How we use it
Request metadata is used to operate, secure, and rate-limit the service. Email addresses are used only to send the newsletter or template you signed up for. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with any third party.
Cookies
We use a small set of first-party cookies for analytics (page views, referrer) and to remember your preferences. No third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from any email at the bottom of that email. To request deletion of your data, write to privacy@getclipfrom.com.
